Lead Data Scientist

You'll be Responsible for:

• Design, develop and implement cutting-edge AI/ML solutions, including LargeLanguage Models (LLMs) and Generative AI applications.
• Own ML problem framing from business requirements to production rollout.
• Architect scalable ML pipelines for large-volume, near-real-time telecom data
• Drive experimentation culture (A/B testing, uplift modeling, causal analysis)
• Mentor and technically guide data scientists and ML engineers
• Collaborate with platform, infra, and product teams on ML integration
• Establish best practices for responsible AI development and deployment.

Define best practices for,

• Feature engineering on messaging and event data
• Model monitoring, retraining, and drift detection
• Responsible AI and regulatory compliance (telecom + privacy)

What you'd have:

• AI-ML Data Scientist with 8 – 10 years of relevant experience
