Lead Data Scientist

**Responsibilities**
- Collaborate with product, analytics, and engineering teams to design advanced chatbot solutions
- Define prompt engineering strategies to improve the quality and engagement of chatbot conversations
- Develop and deploy LLM-powered agents capable of integrating external tools, APIs, and databases using function calling
- Ensure chatbot response accuracy and dependability through rigorous evaluation and hallucination prevention methods
- Drive A/B testing initiatives and optimization approaches with analytics teams
- Perform exploratory data analysis (EDA) to generate insights and inform structured data requirements for the engineering teams
- Advise cloud engineering teams on building scalable infrastructure for AI solutions
