Job Description Lead and manage a team of senior and junior data scientists, as well as interns. Plan and prioritize projects aligned with business goals. Mentor and upskill team members on new techniques and solutions. Manage team workload and ensure efficient delivery. Lead end-to-end ML systems design, from data gathering to deployment. Conduct machine learning research and implement academic papers. Build and implement generative AI and large language model (LLM) solutions. Apply machine learning and deep learning techniques to solve complex business problems. Interact with clients and deliver high-level presentations as required.
