We are seeking an experienced Database Lead to design, optimize, and maintain enterprise-grade database systems. The role requires strong expertise in Postgre SQL, Mongo DB, and cloud-based database environments (AWS/Azure).
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and mentor a team of database administrators.
- Design, implement, and optimize SQL and No SQL databases.
- Drive performance tuning, conduct code reviews, and implement system enhancements.
- Oversee database upgrades, migrations, and backup strategies.
- Collaborate with technology and architecture teams to ensure database governance, compliance, and risk control.
- Champion open-source database migration initiatives.
Technical Skills: Postgre SQL, Mongo DB, Redis, AWS/Azure, Linux, Scripting, Automation Tools, Database Security.
Qualification: Bachelor’s/Master’s in Computer Science or IT.
