Lead Database Administrator (PostgreSQL & MongoDB)

We are seeking a talented individual to join our DBA team at Marsh & McLennan Asia Business Services (MMABS). This role will be based in our Pavilion Damansara Corporate Towers, Kuala Lumpur office and will be a hybrid arrangement requiring regular onsite presence.

Responsibilities:

  • Creating, supporting and maintaining various databases managed by the Database Services team
  • Design, implement, and maintain robust database solutions
  • Provide expert-level support and troubleshooting for database environments, ensuring high availability, performance, and security
  • Configure Barman server for new database cluster
  • Monitor uptime of all production databases
