Lead DDC/BAS Controls Service Technician

Job Description

As a LONG Lead Controls Service Technician, you will work as a part of the LONG Service Team to support our Customer Base. The Lead Technician will be a technical leader on the team, and will use their experience and skills to maintain, troubleshoot, and repair a wide variety of temperature control systems. The Lead Technician will perform the most complex and challenging controls service tasks, and will work with the other controls service team members to train them on how to most effectively perform emergency and preventative maintenance service on installed systems. The Lead Technician must posses a high level of industry knowledge including mechanical, electrical, programming, integration, legacy system types, and more.
