Lead Deployed Transformation Engineer
What is the main job function? The Lead Deployed Transformation Engineer exists to own enterprise adoption of new tools and capabilities. This role takes the adoption work off current manager’s plate by acting as the technical lead who announces new capabilities, drives awareness, leads training and demos, and ensures teams actually use what’s being rolled out. It’s a forward-deployed, sales-engineer–style role that requires strong technical credibility, comfort leading discovery and change, and the ability to bridge product teams and the business so transformation efforts stick.
