Job Description
This Lead Design Engineer will involve simulating and analyzing the signal integrity and power integrity of optical transceivers using various simulation tools. The Lead Design Engineer would be responsible for verifying the transceiver's performance, identifying potential problems, and developing solutions. The Lead Design Engineer would also work closely with other engineers to ensure that the transceiver meets all requirements.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Simulate and analyze signal integrity (SI) and power integrity (PI) of optical transceivers.
Utilize simulation software to model and analyze transmission lines, connectors, and other components.
Identify potential SI/PI issues, such as reflections, crosstalk, and noise.
Develop and implement solutions to address SI/PI problems.
Collaborate with other engineers to ensure the transceiver meets all performance requirements.
