Lead - Design & Estimation (Water)

Key Responsibilities:

Design & Engineering

• Lead and oversee the process, mechanical, and hydraulic design for water and wastewater treatment projects.
• Develop conceptual and detailed design layouts, PFDs, P&IDs, hydraulic profiles, and equipment sizing.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (civil, electrical, instrumentation) for integrated designs.
• Evaluate and incorporate client specifications, tender requirements, and relevant standards.
• Guide drafting teams in preparation of GA drawings, layouts, BOQs, and technical documents.

Estimation & Costing

• Lead end-to-end estimation for water-related tenders and proposals (CAPEX and OPEX).
• Prepare item-wise cost breakups (materials, equipment, subcontracting, manpower, etc.).
• Obtain and evaluate vendor quotes for process equipment, pipelines, pumps, valves, etc.
