Oliver James are supporting a large insurance programme in Switzerland and are looking for an experienced Lead Java Developer to join a global claims transformation initiative. This is a senior, hands-on role with real ownership – developing and shaping the global insurance platform.

Responsibilities

• Leading the design and development of the global insurance platform
• Analysing and implementing the insurance Group components within the Swiss claims landscape
• Defining local architecture and required enhancements
• Guiding and supporting developers across multiple locations
• Ensuring high code quality through reviews, testing, and best practice
• Working closely with stakeholders to align global standards with local needs
