€This role can be managed remotely within the EU with occasional travel to the clients IT hubs across Europe, or on a hybrid basis from Wroclaw, Brno or Barcelona.

We're hiring on behalf of a leading global Manufacturing company seeking an experienced DevOps Team Manager to lead and scale their cloud automation and deployment strategy.

• Head up a global team of 15 DevOps engineers, driving automation, reliability, and performance across all environments. Lead and mentor a distributed DevOps team across multiple regions.
• Define and execute DevOps/DevSecOps strategy aligned with business goals.
• Enhance CI/CD pipelines and automate infrastructure using Azure DevOps, Terraform, Docker, and Kubernetes.
• Drive operational excellence, performance metrics, and continuous improvement.
• Establish a Community of Practice to share and promote DevOps best practices.
