Lead Devops Engineer

WHAT YOU NEED TO SUCCEED (MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS):

• Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or related technical field
• 6+ years of DevSecOps experience with atleast 3 to 5 years of experience in AWS cloud.
• Design, build and maintain CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins to automate the build, test, and deployment processes.
• Experience in developing and maintaining infrastructure using Terraform or other IaC tools to ensure scalability, security, and repeatability across environments.
• Experience in automating and managing system configurations and application deployments using Native AWS solutions to enforce security policies and maintain system integrity.
• Experience mentoring junior team members from a technicalperspective
• Proficient in scripting knowledge (Python, Groovy, Bash, etc.)
• Experience in implementing automated security measures, including access controls, encryption, federations and identity management (preferably OKTA)
• Experience in various monitoring tools (Elastic-Kibana, Grafana, Prometheus, CloudWatch etc.)
• Ability to formulate a design and implementation strategy from a mix of business requirements, conceptdocuments and verbal description
• Understanding of advanced continuous delivery methods.
• Solid foundation in internet and networking concepts including VPN
• Outstanding interpersonal skills with excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skillset

WHAT WILL GIVE YOU A COMPETITIVE EDGE (PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS):

• Understanding of establishing the connectivity from outside Chinese region to Chinese region and vice versa.
• Hands-on experience in implementation with DevSecOps Tools: Nexus, GitLab/Bitbucket, Ansible, chef, OWASP, Veracode, Sonar, Ready API etc.
• Experience with working with cloud native applications, container orchestration platforms such as Docker/ Kubernetes.
• Held the role of a critical contributor for leading major systems rollouts and deployments
