Job Description

6-8 years of experience in DevOps with 2+ years in a technical leadership or team lead capacity.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the design and implementation of scalable, secure, and highly available DevOps architectures for on-premises and hybrid environments.
  • Architect and optimize distributed CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins and GitLab for efficient, parallelized builds and deployments.
  • Implement and fine-tune centralized logging, monitoring, and alerting solutions (ELK, Prometheus, Grafana) to ensure reliability and proactive issue resolution.
  • Define and enforce best practices for security, secrets management, and vulnerability protection using tools such as Vault, Clair, OWASP Dependency-Check, and Falco.
