- Design, deploy, and manage monitoring frameworks using **Prometheus, Grafana, AWS CloudWatch, and Elastic (ELK)**.
- Define and implement best practices for metrics collection, logging, tracing, and alerting in **AWS environments**.
- Partner with development, SRE, and DevOps teams to ensure **system reliability, availability, and performance**.
- Provide technical leadership and mentorship on observability tools and practices.
- Establish monitoring dashboards, alerts, and automated responses to proactively address incidents.
- Continuously evaluate and adopt new observability tools and technologies to improve operational excellence.
