Lead - Digital Transformation

Functional Reporting : Head– GDSO

Administrative Reporting : Head GDSO

Location : Ahmedabad


Role Purpose

Responsible for all the digital transformation projects within the GDSO division


Key Accountabilities/ Responsibilities

Financial

  • Identify and implement digital solutions that reduce operational costs, streamline procurement, and improve stock management processes.
  • Ensure that digital transformation projects are delivered within the assigned budgets, leveraging automation and process improvements to generate financial efficiencies. .

Customer

  • Work closely with internal stakeholders (procurement, supply chain, and marketing) to gather requirements and develop solutions that address their specific needs.
  • Drive digital projects focused on Supplier Relationship Management (SRM) and the digital transformation journey for milk societies, improving visibility and efficiency in procurement.

Process

  • Lead the development of digital solutions to automate internal processes, improving overall process efficiency and reducing manual interventions.
  • Drive (IBP) initiatives to streamline and enhance decision-making and resource planning.
  • Lead projects to optimize and improve SAP functionalities
  • Implement and oversee the integration of digital tools for managing transportation and logistics, improving tracking, cost efficiency, and reporting.
  • Ensure timely and accurate generation of material codes to maintain supply chain efficiency and avoid disruptions.

People

  • Collaborate with internal teams to align digital projects with business needs, ensuring effective change management.
  • Provide training and support to teams across the division, ensuring they can effectively utilize the new digital tools and solutions.


Key deliverable

  • He/She will be required to drive projects related to Procurement Streamlining, IBP steamlining, MT E Com Stock Availability & Replenishment
  • He/She will be required to ensure successful Material Code generation
  • He/She will be required to drive projects on Transportation Management System

Role Requirements:

Educational Qualifications

  • Tier 1 pedigree Operations college (NITIE/SPJMIR etc)

Experience (Type & Nature)

  • 2-3 years work experience
