Responsibilities

• Responsible for ensuring that all health and safety regulations and standards are adhered to on our projects. This role involves assessing risks, implementing safety measures, and promoting a culture of safety across all levels of the organisation.
• Support the EHS Manager in developing and enforcing EHS policies and procedures.
• Cultivate an exceptional EHS culture on the site and embed a culture of continuous improvement with respect to EHS, acting as the site focus for compliance with relevant health, safety, environmental legislation.
• Drive a positive safety culture through coaching, support and strong engagement with all teams.
• Responsible for monitoring the site's EHS performance, identifying and taking proactive measures to improve performance shortfalls.
