**Scope**:
Lead EHS Specialist LatAm have under its scope the Spanish speaking countries at Latin America, for Grid Automation, with special focus on Mexico, Colombia and Chile.
Lead EHS Specialist LatAm is responsible for ensuring the organization and its employees adhere to EHS standards and life saving rules. Responsible for shaping and maintaining organizations’ safety culture. Their duties include implementing organizational safety rules, promoting a culture of safety in the workplace and performing regular site inspections to check compliance in order to prevent incidents, minimize resource leakage, improves efficiency and customer satisfaction.
Lead EHS Specialist LatAm conduct safety training for employees. They also collaborate with other departments such as quality control and operations. EHS Specialist work across various department within the business, reviewing safety measures to save lives and improve working standards.
