Electrical Engineer – Job Description for M2A/M2B

Job Roles:

  • Lead - Electrical Design
  • Qualifications:
  • ME (Preferred) or B. Tech (Minimum) in Electrical & Electronics Engineering.

    • Experience:

  • 15 to 20 years of experience in Electrical design for EPC projects, preferably in water, industrial water, sewage water, and desalination treatment plants.

    • Essential Skill Sets:

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in a Lead Engineering role.
  • Proven ability to independently manage at least 2 EPC projects.
  • Hands-on experience in preparing RFQs, conducting technical bid evaluations, and negotiating with vendors.
  • Leadership skills for attending client and consultant meetings and addressing their comments.
  • Capability to mentor the Engineering and modelling team.
