Overview

The Assistant Manager for Electrical & Energy Systems is responsible for overseeing daily electrical operations to ensure the safe, reliable, and efficient functioning of all facility systems. A critical component of this role is Energy Management—driving energy-saving initiatives, optimizing power consumption, and ensuring regulatory compliance to reduce operational costs.

Responsibilities

• Operational Oversight & Maintenance
  • Assist in planning and executing preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance for all electrical infrastructure (transformers, switchgear, MCCs, distribution boards, motors, and control systems).
  • Lead the troubleshooting of complex electrical faults to minimize downtime and maintain continuous operations.
  • Ensure all electrical installations and activities strictly comply with regulatory requirements and safety standards (LOTO, PTW, arc flash protection).
