Lead Electrical Engineer

About the role

The Lead Electrical Engineer is accountable for leading all electrical and control systems engineers across our Acacia Ridge site, ensuring the effective execution of the company’s electrical and control systems. This role is critical in driving technical excellence, standardisation, and innovation in electrical and control systems across  Austube Mills Acacia Ridge. Working across 4 production lines and a large scale warehouse, with a site of over 80 people.

Your responsibilities will include: 

• Develop and implement the electrical and control systems strategy in alignment with the overall business objectives, ensuring consistency and high standards across all sites.
• Ensure all electrical and control systems comply with relevant regulations, standards, and safety protocols.
