The role:

Take part in the daily operation of the plant, hands on and as the supervisor of a group of technicians, both electrical and mechanical.

Lead by example, show confidence and can do attitude.

Schedule long term and short term maintenance of building, and plant equipment in close cooperation with operations executives and managers.

Participate in procurement of goods and services required for daily operations and scheduled maintenance.

Run the storage of parts and equipment together with the logistics and engineering teams.

Contribute to the entire organization with suggestions and input for overall performance improval, as well as employee welfare.
