We’re Hiring: Senior Technical Lead Engineer – Agentic AI Applications
Our US-based client is looking for a hands-on Technical Lead(Agentic AI) who is a driver, not an order-taker. Someone with a strong product mindset who owns outcomes and builds production-grade AI systems with real business impact.
Location: Pune (Hybrid)
Experience: 7+ years
What you’ll do:
Lead end-to-end delivery of agentic AI & LLM-based solutions
Design and build distributed AI systems using Python, FastAPI, Azure, Kafka, Kubernetes
Develop RAG pipelines, vector DBs, and scalable AI workflows
Collaborate closely with product, platform, and program teams
What we’re looking for:
7+ years in software/AI engineering, including technical leadership
Strong hands-on experience with LLMs, LangChain/LangGraph, RAG
Product-focused, proactive, and impact-driven mindset
