Lead end-to-end project management for automotive engineering programs from concept to SOP (Start of Production).Define project scope, objectives, timelines, budgets, and resource plans in alignment with business goals.Coordinate with cross-functional teams including design, CAE, manufacturing, supplier quality, testing, software, and homologation.Drive program governance, including milestone reviews, risk assessments, and management reporting.Monitor and control project cost, schedule, quality, and scope, ensuring adherence to APQP / V-Model / Agile / Hybrid methodologies.Identify, assess, and mitigate technical and program risks, ensuring timely escalation when required.Manage internal and external stakeholders, including suppliers, partners, and senior leadership.Ensure compliance with automotive standards such as IATF , ISO , ASPICE, and regulatory requirements.Drive continuous improvement ...
