Job Description
**In this Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:**
+ Identify and track regulatory and compliance requirements for industrial control products.
+ Participate in compliance reviews with design teams from the early stages, providing inputs for early mitigation of potential EMC or safety issues.
+ Build test plans and equipment configurations for EMC, safety, and marine testing.
+ Implement in-house EMC and safety testing for pre-compliance and certification.
+ Troubleshoot and resolve EMC issues.
+ Prepare test reports and coordinate submissions with certification bodies (TI, UL, FM, CSA, BASEEFA for ATEX & IECx).
+ Coordinate with marine agencies for new or renewal certifications.
+ Manage compliance test lab, equipment, and calibration schedules.
+ Support factory and engineering audits, addressing non-conformities.
+ Oversee the laboratory quality assurance program and annual lab audits for EMC data acceptance by Technology International.
