Williams International has an exciting opportunity for a Lead Engineer -- Design to join our team at our facility located at 3450 Sam Williams Dr., Ogden, UT 84401. The successful candidate will be responsible for performing design assignments of turbine engine components, focusing on the first principle in the design and development process, which involves analyzing how new products are manufactured and proposing designs or redesigns to reduce manufacturing costs

**This position is 100% onsite; no remote or hybrid option is available at this time. **
**SPECIFIC DUTIES: **
Work with the Integrated Manufacturing Process and Product Design Team (IMPPDT) and analyze existing designs driven by corrective action requests (CARs) and redesign based on manufacturing considerations.
Drive manufacturing considerations, including design-to-cost and quality, very early in the design process.
