Lead Engineer – Fuel Systems

We are looking for an experienced Lead Engineer to take ownership of fuel system components from design through to production. You’ll lead engineering activities, manage suppliers, and ensure components meet performance, safety, quality, cost, and regulatory requirements .

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the design and development of fuel system components (tanks, pumps, injectors, lines, etc.).
• Create and approve CAD models and engineering drawings.
• Lead root cause analysis and corrective actions for design issues.
• Validate designs using CAE, prototypes, and physical testing.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations (e.g. EPA, CARB).
• Drive cost, weight, and performance improvements.
• Support design reviews and continuous improvement activities.
