Now,we are looking for a Lead Engineer HVAC in our office in Germany.

Witha strong experience in industrial environments, you will be able to carry outthe Design for industrial projects.

Yourrelevant experience with dimensioning utility installations will allow you toexecute the full process, from analysis and design to the procurement andrealization

What is the role About?

Yourresponsibilities include:

•Elaboration of technical deliverables as specifications, equipment datasheets,hydraulic diagrams, equipment lay-outs

•Supply the required engineering data systematically to the other engineeringdisciplines (Civil & Structures, Process, Clean Utilities, HVAC, Mechanical& Piping, E&I, Automation)

•Manage the spatial coordination of process equipment and pipelines on theproject lay-out and the 3D models, in strong collaboration with the Draft &Design team

•Delegation and supervision to the IPS back-office, who will support you inperforming the detailed design and 3D modelling

•Supporting the project management team during the procurement activities withtechnical expertise

•Authors supervision and Contract management during the realization phase

•Respecting project budgets and deadlines

•Reporting to Project Manager and Engineering manager

•Technical coordination with other engineering disciplines


Requirements

  • BS in Mechanical Engineering or similar field will be essential.
  • Your relevant experience with dimensioning utility installations will allow you to execute the full process, from analysis and design to the procurement and realization Competences
  • You are fluent in English and German.
  • Open to -% mobility in Germany 
  • Any experience in Feasibility Projects
  • Expertise with sustainable solutions are a big plus, also experience on other building utilities (fire protection, drains/sewage, electrics) are a plus.
  • Software knowledge: Microsoft Office, HAP, AutoCAD (REVIT MEP is a plus)
  • You are a teamplayer with good communication skills and know how to supervise and instruct people.
  • You are assertive, flexible and a creative thinker. You are anticipative and are willing to take initiative.
  • You are rigorous and stress resistant.
