Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, and customize applications on the ServiceNow platform for ITSM and CSM modules.
  • Configure and implement Client Scripts, Business Rules, UI Policies, and UI Actions .
  • Develop and maintain reports, dashboards, and Performance Analytics .
  • Build and manage integrations using Integration Hub , including JIRA integration .
  • Design and implement Flow Designer and Workflow solutions for process automation.
  • Collaborate with business and technical teams to gather requirements and deliver solutions in an Agile environment .
  • Ensure adherence to coding standards, security best practices, and platform governance.
  • Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • 3–5 years of experience as a ServiceNow Developer.
  • Strong knowledge of ITSM and CSM modules.
  • Proficiency in JavaScript for Client Scripts and Business Rules.
  • Experience with Integration Hub and third-party integrations (e.g., JIRA).
  • Hands-on experience with Flow Designer , Workflow , UI Policies , and Performance Analytics .
  • Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills .
  • ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) or higher certification preferred.
