Key Responsibilities:
Design, develop, and customize applications on the ServiceNow platform for ITSM and CSM modules. Configure and implement Client Scripts, Business Rules, UI Policies, and UI Actions . Develop and maintain reports, dashboards, and Performance Analytics . Build and manage integrations using Integration Hub , including JIRA integration . Design and implement Flow Designer and Workflow solutions for process automation. Collaborate with business and technical teams to gather requirements and deliver solutions in an Agile environment . Ensure adherence to coding standards, security best practices, and platform governance. Required Skills & Qualifications:
3–5 years of experience as a ServiceNow Developer. Strong knowledge of ITSM and CSM modules. Proficiency in JavaScript for Client Scripts and Business Rules. Experience with Integration Hub and third-party integrations (e.g., JIRA). Hands-on experience with Flow Designer , Workflow , UI Policies , and Performance Analytics . Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies. Excellent communication and collaboration skills . ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) or higher certification preferred.
