Key Responsibilities:
Design, develop, and customize applications on the ServiceNow platform for ITSM and CSM modules. Configure and implement Client Scripts, Business Rules, UI Policies, and UI Actions. Develop and maintain reports, dashboards, and Performance Analytics. Build and manage integrations using Integration Hub, including JIRA integration. Design and implement Flow Designer and Workflow solutions for process automation. Collaborate with business and technical teams to gather requirements and deliver solutions in an Agile environment. Ensure adherence to coding standards, security best practices, and platform governance. Required Skills & Qualifications:
3–5 years of experience as a ServiceNow Developer. Strong knowledge of ITSM and CSM modules. Proficiency in JavaScript for Client Scripts and Business Rules. Experience with Integration Hub and third-party integrations (e.g., JIRA). Hands-on experience with Flow Designer, Workflow, UI Policies, and Performance Analytics. Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies. Excellent communication and collaboration skills. ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) or higher certification preferred.
