Summary The Lead Engineer in the Compressor Airfoils team will lead the activities contributing to the design and development of products solutions and systems related to New products in Compressor Airfoil components Leading activities linked to technical improvement of new and existing product components and skillset development within the team In this role the Lead engineer is expected to be engaged in New design and product development Product cost out and design robustness improvement programs This role involves mechanical design and component ownership of Compressor Airfoil components Project scope includes NPIs services programs Product Cost-Out supply chain activities for new designs Execute the design analysis or evaluation of assigned projects using sound engineering principles and adhering to business standards practices procedures and product program requirements This work would include mechanical engineering for all products Establish personal RCA pr...
