Lead Engineer PHP- Accommodation (Hybrid) We’re seeking an experienced Lead Engineer PHP to join our Accommodation team in Barcelona (Hybrid). Your role will focus on developing and leveraging the best e‑commerce technology to create a one‑stop‑shop for our customers, ensuring top‑quality service from booking to post‑booking. What you will do: Lead the entire product development lifecycle from ideation to delivery. Manage a small engineering team, motivating and growing talent. Work with the latest tech stack: PHP 8.2, MariaDB, Redis, RabbitMQ, ClickHouse, Kong, Docker, GCP, Grafana, Kibana, and AI tools. Actively participate in product definition and ideation processes. Write high‑quality code with a focus on design, testing, and performance. Apply Kanban practices within a fully agile organization. Own and monitor product and technical OKRs.
