Job Requirements
We are seeking a highly skilled ATE Test Engineer with expertise in RMA (Return Material Authorization), ATE test programming, debugging, and handling Advantest ATE testers . The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring the reliability, efficiency, and quality of semiconductor testing processes.
Responsibilities
Develop, debug, and optimize ATE test programs for Advantest testers.
Support RMA analysis, identifying root causes of failures and implementing corrective actions.
Maintain and enhance test methodologies to improve efficiency and yield.
Manage and operate ATE testers, ensuring smooth execution of test plans.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including design, product, and failure analysis engineers to enhance testing strategies.
