What You Will Do:
Responsible for managing and controlling the CAPEX budget.Monitor expenditures vs. approved CAPEX and manage variance.Handle procurement, bidding, and supplier negotiations.Ensure compliance with financial policies by helping team in creating installation certificates, capitalization and accruals management.Collaborates with cross-functional stakeholders, provides clear project status updates, and manages competing priorities and change requests to ensure alignment and project continuity.Monitor, mitigate, and communicate risks across cost, schedule, technical design, quality, safety, compliance, supply chain, and operational readiness to ensure timely resolution.Ensure Feasibility Studies & ROI/Payback analysis are done in advance for all CAPEX investments.Drive continuous improvement in CAPEX projects by reviewing lessons learned and implementing enhancements.Seamless interface with logistics team in importing/exporting commodities and resolving related issues/queries.Accommodate global time zones to have effective overlap with global stakeholders..
What You Will Learn:
CAPEX management in a large-scale enterprise with complex engineering and strategic technologies.Hands-on exposure to RLPM and work transfer gatesOpportunities to contribute for the PMO standardization and mature project engineering discipline.Work closely with leadership team, participate in monthly reviews and handle critical communicationExposure to Engineering Technology and Design & Development Projects Qualifications You Must Have:
Bachelor’s or master’s degree in engineering4-8 years of relevant experience in Project management/ Technology Projects management/ Leading Cross functional team MBA or any other Management Degree preferred. Project Management Certifications- PMP/Agile Certifications (Preferred) Manufacturing , Operations & Supply Chain Exposure Knowledge on product transfer gates and CAPEX management exposure.Some of our competitive benefits package includes:
