Role: Maintenance Team Leader / Lead Engineer

Salary: £54,000 - £56,000 per annum, plus Benefits and career growth opportunities

Hours: Days - Monday to Friday (7.00am - 4.00pm) Start and finish times/ some flexibility

Location: Rochester, Kent - commutable from Aylesford, Maidstone, Sittingbourne, Faversham, Canterbury, Tonbridge, Dartford, Gravesend & surrounding areas

The Company

We are currently recruiting for a Lead Engineer to work within a fast-paced production environment near Rochester, Kent, The successful candidate will work closely with the production team to continuously improve site overall equipment effectiveness, develop, and lead all engineering functions as agreed with the Engineering Manager.
