Overview
The main purpose of this role is to provide Development and Operations Support for the OpenText VIM/ Digital Imaging platform. This role will also be accountable for partnering with the IT Operations manager to provide project hyper care support, transition to Sustain and on-going support for global OpenText implementations. He/she will also partner with the IT Operations manager, to work on minor enhancements for OpenText VIM across different sectors.
This position requires excellent communication, and 'hands-on' technical capability to deliver quality fixes/solutions for the OpenText/VIM platform.
Responsibilities
ACCOUNTABILITIES:
Provide development and sustain support. This includes the following:
Providing technical (configuration/development) support, which includes collaboration, configuration, and software development as it relates to OpenText VIM, Sales Orders.
Debug and develop SAP ABAP code for OpenText/VIM enhancements and Solutions.
