Job Description
Overview:
We are looking for an experienced Lead Engineer – ServiceNow QA who can independently drive end-to-end testing activities for ServiceNow implementations, upgrades, and integrations. The ideal candidate should have strong manual testing expertise, deep platform understanding, and mandatory hands-on experience with ServiceNow ATF (Automated Test Framework). The role requires strong technical and analytical skills along with leadership capabilities to guide junior QA members.
Responsibilities:
ServiceNow Manual Testing
- Design, document, and execute end-to-end, functional, regression, and integration test cases for ServiceNow modules.
- Validate key platform components such as UI policies, business rules, client/server scripts, UI actions, workflows, notifications, forms, and tables.
- Conduct testing for customizations, enhancements, and integrations (email, API-based, and third-party tools).
