Lead Engineer Team Leadership MongoDB Cloud Observability Full-stack Web Development

We are seeking a Lead Engineer to join our Cloud Observability Team, a diverse group of engineers responsible for building the systems that monitor the performance and health of our customers' MongoDB deployments. As the founding member and lead of a new team within Observability, you will focus on developing time series diagnostics products for the core MongoDB database experience, enhancing our core diagnostic products by leveraging technologies being developed across MongoDB.

We are looking for candidates based in Barcelona for our hybrid working model.
