Lead Engineer

We’re looking for a lead engineer who can guide technical decisions, support the team, and help us build dependable systems that are easy working with. You’ll be hands‑on code, but also plan, mentor, and help the squad stay aligned. We value leadership as listening, share context, and helping others succeed—not just making calls. Responsibilities

• Lead the development of backend systems and frontend apps, keeping them secure, scalable, and maintainable.
• Set the direction for architecture, coding standards, and dev practices and help mounth understand why those decisions matter.
• Work with product managers, designers, and others to plan and deliver useful and well‑thought-out features.
