3d design / routing & Packaging of all E&E Wiring harness ( LV & HV) & its related Components like brackets/ channels/ fixations using CATIA V 5.Proposal to make multiple physical architecture based on vehicle type and assy processFinalization of Layout design and create drawings via solid modelling, using CAD system CATIA V 5, with guidance and direction provided by supervisor for all E&E ComponentsInitiate and develop design concepts to meet cost objectives, schedule, design parameters and criteria by use of layouts and installation drawings. Understanding of basic stress/system calculations using CAE and also implement design changes accordinglyEvaluate existing and new designs for compliance to internal and external standards and review designs for various governmental regulation compliance Responsible for Design for Manufacturability, Fitment trial clearance & understanding of manufacturing processes both wiring harness and wiring harness assy in vehicle.Interface with vendors and suppliers to select suitable comoponents for design and approve componentsMust demonstrate a high degree of problem solving ability, especially in the routing of wiring harness and mechanical routing related issues. Usage of tools used in MPDS, DFMEA , problem solving tools and techniques and project management tools , Fluent in use of personal computer programs such as Access, Excel, Word, Power Point, etc. Experience

Interfacing with all inter dept teams right from marketing to service as so to start from understanding the marketing requirements and till service related activities. Ie from start to end of projectAwareness of vehicle technical symposiums, conference etc.,Awareness of other vehicle systems processes eg. Manufacturing, advance technology and knowing the details about other vehicle systems like trims,BIW et.c to basic levelMaintaining quality level tragets as per agreement
