Lead Enterprise Architect

Primary Responsibilities:

• Digital Strategy & Roadmap: Define and own the 3-5 year technical strategy and architectural roadmap for the entire Digital Products and Solutions portfolio, ensuring alignment with R&D and business goals.
• Architecture Governance: Establish and manage the enterprise architecture practice, including standards, patterns, principles, and technology selection (Build vs. Buy).
• Blueprint Creation: Develop and maintain the foundational enterprise blueprints that demonstrate how all technology towers (Cloud, AI, IoT, Analytics, Security, App Engineering) integrate across the enterprise.
• Investment Guidance: Provide executive-level consultation on technical investment, risk, and organizational impact for all major digital initiatives and product development.

Primary Skills:

• Experience: 15-20+ years in IT/Technology, with 7+ years in a dedicated Enterprise Architect or CTO-level strategy role.
