Lead Enterprise Systems Analyst (F/M)

• Lead the design, deployment, configuration, and integration of ESG software and platforms.
• Define ESG data requirements and system workflows in collaboration with internal stakeholders.
• Ensure ESG software aligns with regulatory frameworks (GRI, SASB, TCFD, CSRD, EU Taxonomy, etc.).
• Translate business needs into technical requirements and integrate ESG data sources across TE with IT and sustainability teams.
• Perform regular system updates, security patches, and software enhancements with TEIS and software vendors.
• Troubleshoot technical issues, optimize system performance, and maintain data integrity, security, and compliance.
