Lead Esthetician — Relocate from Lexington, KY to Florida

$4,000/Month Base + Commission | Housing, Car, and Flight Provided

Job Type: Full-Time

Schedule: 4 Weekdays + 1 Weekend Day

Training Location: Lexington, KY (2 Weeks)

Relocation: Florida (Multiple Spa Branches)


About the Opportunity

We are hiring an experienced and motivated Lead Esthetician currently based in Lexington, KY who is ready to relocate to Florida. You will begin with a paid two-week training period in Lexington before transitioning to one of our busy Florida locations. The company provides housing, a vehicle, and your travel ticket to Florida.


This position requires travel between multiple spa locations. Candidates must be comfortable with frequent travel and able to adapt quickly to new environments and teams.


Key Responsibilities




  • Perform professional skincare consultations and treatments




  • Recommend and sell skincare packages and retail products




  • Ensure treatment rooms are properly prepared and maintained




  • Maintain cleanliness and uphold spa health standards




  • Travel to various Florida spa locations as needed




  • Provide exceptional customer care and client satisfaction




  • Stay current on skincare trends, products, and techniques




Qualifications




  • Valid Esthetician License




  • Experience in a spa or medspa environment




  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills




  • Sales confidence with a customer-focused approach




  • Highly organized and adaptable to change




  • Willingness to travel regularly and support multiple teams




Compensation & Benefits




  • $4,000/month base salary
