Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Lead Estimator located in Calgary, AB. The Lead Estimator will be responsible for preparing and analyzing cost estimates for marble and tile projects, reviewing project specifications, managing subcontractor and supplier relationships, and coordinating with project teams to ensure accuracy and efficiency. Responsibilities will include preparing bid proposals, identifying project risks, and providing recommendations for cost-effective solutions. The Lead Estimator will play a key role in supporting project planning and execution.
