Ensure the strategic development of people, leadership capabilities and organizational culture at country level, aligned with business objectives and global HR strategy.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Define and deploy the country People Development, Leadership and Culture strategy aligned with business and HR priorities.
  • Design and implement leadership development frameworks, talent pipelines and succession planning processes.
  • Drive cultural transformation initiatives, translating values into observable behaviors across the organization.
  • Act as strategic partner to senior leadership, providing insights on leadership effectiveness, engagement and organizational capability.
  • Lead and coordinate country-wide development programs, ensuring consistency with global standards and local relevance.
