The Role: Lead Fabricator

Availability: Full-time with an ability to work mornings, afternoons, and occasional overtime, holidays and weekends.

What You Do (Responsibilities)

• Leadership: Supervise, mentor, and support a team of Fabrication Technicians and other department support groups to ensure optimal team performance.
• Conduct and support one-on-one conversations and documentation to promote staff engagement and sentiments.
• Recognize and celebrate team and individual achievements to maintain morale.
• Conduct team meetings to communicate daily goals, updates, and production challenges/solutions.
