Thermal Works LLC has an exciting opportunity for a Lead Field Service Technician to join our team working directly with Thermal Works and local contractors focusing on startup/commissioning and service for all Thermal Works equipment. We are looking for a detail-oriented, goal-driven individual with foundational knowledge in HVAC, strong written and verbal communication skills, and the ability to work independently or as part of a team. The role requires agility, trustworthiness with confidential information, and comfort in a rapidly changing environment.
