We are looking for an experienced Full-Stack Lead Developer to define the technology vision, lead a team of developers, and drive the delivery of enterprise-grade web applications. This role involves architectural decision-making , team leadership , and hands-on development using .NET Core , Angular , and MVC . You will ensure best practices for security, performance, and scalability while collaborating with stakeholders and mentoring the team.
Key Responsibilities

- Participate in architecture discussions , reviews, and enforce best practices for security, performance, and scalability.
- Manage SLA compliance , risk management , and stakeholder communication.
- Oversee project delivery , monitor progress, and provide status reporting.
