Lead Full Stack Developer

We're building Reflow, a workforce and workflow intelligence platform that helps teams understand and improve how work gets done. We're expanding our full-stack team to accelerate feature development, scale analytics systems, and ship the next wave of intelligence-driven capabilities.

What you'll do

• Build and maintain core product features across frontend ) and backend (Django) stacks.
• Design and implement analytics dashboards, data visualizations, and real-time reporting systems.
• Own API design, optimization, and integration between our apps and backend services.
• Ensure database performance and reliability, from schema design to query optimization.
• Collaborate closely with product, design, and data teams to move quickly from concept to live feature.
• Help shape development standards, best practices, and architecture for scalability.
