Lead Full Stack Developer

Requirements

Must have:

- Proven experience leading software development on complex delivery projects, with a collaborative, delivery-focused mindset - Strong full stack expertise with Java (essential) and Python (beneficial), using modern front- and back-end technologies - Solid experience designing and building APIs and working with cloud platforms and containerised environments (e.g. Kubernetes) - A track record of applying modern engineering practices, including TDD, security, DevOps, and Agile delivery - Evidence of innovative thinking, adaptability, and continuous learning; able to pick up new technologies quickly and work effectively with others to solve problems
