Job Description
Work Setup: WFH (must be PH-based Filipino residents)
Training Sched and Setup: Nightshift, and might be asked to report onsite
Schedule: MIDSHIFT 3 PM-12 MN MLA
Must Have Qualifications:
> Prior experience working on a Mid-shift schedule
> 5+ years of experience in full-stack development with at least 2 years in a leadership role
> Hands-on experience with React, TypeScript, and modern JavaScript practices
> Strong proficiency in Python and related frameworks (Flask, FastAPI, or similar)
> Experience with SQL databases, ORM technologies (SQLAlchemy), and GraphQL (Apollo Client and Python-based servers)
> Proficiency with UI component libraries (particularly Mantine or similar)
> Experience with form management in complex React applications
> Strong understanding of state management patterns, testing frameworks, and deployment strategies
> Experience with build systems, module bundlers, and CI/CD pipelines
> Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English for technical discussions, documentation, and knowledge sharing
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in advertising technology or marketing analytics
Knowledge of budget management and financial data systems
Experience developing multi-app workspaces or monorepos
Familiarity with data visualization libraries and techniques
Understanding of accessibility standards and best practices
Experience with a real-time data processing system
